Brandon Byrd has joined Delta Asset Management as a portfolio manager. Prior to joining Delta, he was employed in Fixed Income Sales and Municipal Credit Strategies at FHN Financial Capital Markets. Byrd earned his master’s degree from the University of Memphis.

Lauren Harkins Wiuff of Marx-Bensdorf Realtors recently was named 2020 REALTOR of the Year, the highest honor presented annually by the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS. This award is bestowed upon a member in recognition of their civic, business and professional contributions and achievements. Wiuff has been a MAAR member since 2002 and is a graduate of Leadership MAAR and a Lifetime Member of MAAR’s Multi-Million Dollar Club.

Crye-Leike Real Estate Services recently added Realtors Leanne Brooks and Barbara DuFour to its Memphis-Quail Hollow branch office as a licensed real estate team. The duo will serve the residential real estate market. They are members of the National Association of REALTORS, the Tennessee Association of REALTORS and the Memphis Area Association of REALTORS. Both are lifetime members of MAAR’s Multi-Million Dollar Club. DuFour has been in the industry for 35 years, and Brooks has been serving the Memphis region for eight years.
The Memphis accounting and consulting firm Reynolds, Bone & Griesbeck announced the return of accountants Philip Brassell, CPA, and Jared Kirk to its professional team. Brassell originally served with the firm from 2017 to 2019, spending a year as a corporate income tax accountant before returning as a senior tax accountant. Kirk was a member of the RBG team from 2016 to 2019. He left to gain additional experience in both private and public accounting and now returns as an audit manager. He currently works in the manufacturing and distribution, nonprofit and employee benefit plan industries. Brassell graduated from the University of Mississippi with a master’s degree in accounting. Kirk has a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Delta State University.
Adaro Realty named Tracie Stephens as the managing broker of its Memphis branch office. Stephens will be responsible for the recruitment, training and management of the office’s sales associates, taking over for Adaro’s late manager, Wanda Bowen, who served in the role for many years before her passing. Stephens has been a member of the real estate industry for 23 years serving the residential needs of Memphis and North Mississippi.
Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announced Neil Hubbard has been named the managing broker of its East Memphis branch office, taking over for Tommie Criswell. He’ll now be responsible for the recruitment, training and management of the office’s sales associates. Hubbard joined Crye-Leike in 2020 as an executive broker. He has more than 24 years of real estate experience, previously serving as vice president of sales and managing broker for Coldwell Banker Collins-Maury.
Bruce L. Keisling, executive director for Developmental Disabilities at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, has been named a 2021 Fellow of the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (AAIDD). He will be recognized during the organization’s 145th annual meeting in Jacksonville, Fla., in June. Dr. Keisling also holds the Shainberg Professorship in Developmental Pediatrics for UTHSC Center for Developmental Disabilities. The AAIDD is the oldest professional association concerned with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
American Advertising Federation Memphis named Anderson Humphreys as its 2021 Silver Medal Award recipient and the award was presented during a January reception. The AAF Memphis Silver Medal Award is the highest form of individual recognition by the AAF given to an advertising industry leader for a complete career of outstanding accomplishment and contributions to the Memphis community. Its criteria for presentation are based on the key areas of service: contributions to company, creative ability, contributions to the advancement of advertising and contributions to the community.
Brooks Irvine has joined the Miles Mason Family Law Group. A native Memphian, Irvine spent more than a decade as a prosecutor prior to beginning her career in family law.
Dunavant Global Logistics Group hired Gene Key as Ocean Freight Pricing Manager. He is the key pricing liaison to sales and business development teams worldwide on behalf of Dunavant’s ocean pricing shared service and executes agreements with ocean carriers to meet the pricing needs of commercial resources. He has two decades of supply chain management experience in the Memphis area, most recently as senior buyer at International Paper where he was responsible for contract negotiations and sourcing of ocean transportation services.
The Memphis office of Financial Federal Bank has added five new employees to support continued growth in deposit and lending services. Joining in Deposit Services are Breann Forbes, formerly with Renasant Bank, and Jennifer Petitte, who most recently served as head teller at Trustmark National Bank. They are managing personal and business-level checking and savings products. Also new is loan analyst John Edwards, who previously worked at Renasant Bank. Leslie Dixon, formerly of Wyatt, Tarrant, and Combs, and Savannah Evans, formerly of Close Trak, have joined Financial Federal as loan administrators.

Campbell Clinic and Accel Performance and Wellness, its sports performance facility, were named recently as the official sports medicine provider for the St. Jude IRONMAN 70.3 Memphis triathlon, which will be held at Shelby Farms Park on Oct. 2. The event will take all precautions and follow health and safety guidelines recommended by the Shelby County Health Department and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in order to help mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Campbell Clinic signed a three-year deal to serve as the primary medical partner, while Accel Performance and Wellness will work as the ideal training partner for the triathlon. Campbell Clinic plans to provide all triage services and is partnering with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the title sponsor, and Memphis Tourism to bring this event to life.
Crye-Leike Real Estate Services experienced its best year in company history, generating $7.5 billion in sales volume and closing 31,578 transactions in 2020. This resulted in a 13{f13b67734a7459ff15bce07f17c500e58f5449212eae0f7769c5b6fbcf4cc0c4} and $1 billion increase from 2019.
