Frenship ISD introduced that Lela Vela, FISD director of finance, has been chosen as a 2022 Rise Award recipient by the Texas Association of School Enterprise Officials.
Vela is one particular of only seven public education and learning administrators throughout the condition of Texas to get the award this calendar year, according to a information launch from the district.
Vela and the other recipients of the Rise Award were selected dependent on their management traits, achievements, and their desire to keep on expanding their profession. Vela has been with the Frenship relatives for 10 yrs, serving in many roles inside the Frenship ISD Organization Business office which include Accountant, Coordinator of Accounting, and now Director of Finance.
