Lagos seeks accounting officers’ assistance
The Standard Manager, Lagos Point out Community Procurement Agency, Mr. Fatai Idowu Onafowote, has appealed to accounting officers of Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) for much more collaboration, to allow the agency discharge its providers far more properly.
He spoke at a sensitisation programme organised by the company for lasting secretaries of ministries and chief executive officers of state-owned parastatals, on the deployment of e-procurement remedy modules to the general public procurement approach.
Noting that the use of technological know-how experienced assisted the company to drive the company of the federal government, Onafowote mentioned it would combine 97 MDAs on the e-procurement system this year.

Onafowote urged accounting officers to provide the instruments expected by procurement officers performing with them, to help the officers discharge their duties.

Permanent secretaries, directors-normal, general managers and other main govt officers of picked MDAs attended the one particular-working day sensitisation programme held at Protea Lodge, Central Enterprise District, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.
